Students received a handout that listed 4 ways to make up work when classes are missed. This sheet of paper should be read and shared with parents, as the information will help students to be successful in this science class.
The bulk of the period was spent learning how to create a data table. Students shared information about their home address, block teacher, and previous school with the class and then created data tables that meet the building and state expectations. These data tables should be kept for future use.
Tonight's Homework: Read the "Missed Science Class?" handout, and then sign it. Have a parent read and sign the sheet as well. This is due on Friday, September 7th.
