Students received their weekly grade slips for the first time today. These will be distributed every week on the first day of school (usually Mondays) through the end of January.
Today, we repeated our experiment of heating ice, using the Bunsen burner as our source of heat. Students collected data, and recorded it in a data table.
Tonight's Homework: Get your grade slip signed. Finish your data table for "Heating Ice, Part 3". Write two paragraphs about your observations--one about what happened to the ice, and another about what happened to the beaker. Finish your triple line graph showing your Heating Ice data. Be sure to include a key. (This seems like a lot, but most students completed most of this in class today.)
