Using a rectangular map of the earth, students estimated how much of the earth was covered by land and how much was covered by water. Data was recorded underneath the map of the world, and most people were able to complete this task in class today.
Tonight's Homework: Complete the Surf 'n Sand Count activity and bring it to class tomorrow.
