Because the class complained that the substitute didn't run Thursday's lab very well, we spent some time revisiting the intrusive and extrusive rocks during today's class period. Students looked at the different textures of 9 igneous rocks, as well as composition (crystals present or not). Everyone felt that the lab ran much more smoothly today.
