As we begin our study of sedimentary rocks, students worked in partners to create small molds of shells. We used plaster of Paris and poured it into empty milk cartons. Next, we placed a well-greased (vaselined) shell in the plaster and put it aside to dry. This activity will continue tomorrow.
Tonight's Homework: Read pages 33 - 36 and answer the questions on page 36.
