The Twenty Four Layer Sandwich!

To help students understand the ideas of correlation and superposition, we looked at mini sandwiches (okay, really, layers of sandwich components on papers) to try and figure out which layers were really the "oldest" (on the bottom) and which were "newest" (on the top). Students worked in groups to solve this mystery, and most were relatively successful.

Tonight's Homework:
Read pages 56 through 58 and answer the questions on page 58.
