Continental Drift vs. Plate Tectonics

We added a few more pieces of information to our continental drift puzzles, and then created a new map of the world, which models the currently accepted theory of plate tectonics. This map will be used in class to help students better understand how we explain the location of earthquakes, volcanoes, and hot spots.

Tonight's Homwork:
Complete the plate tectonics map if you have not done so already. Read pages 95 - 98 and answer the questions on page 98.
