Finishing the Geologic Time Scale Model

Students turned in their answers to the questions on page 77, and then we continued to work on our models of geologic time. Students added pictures of life forms commonly found in the Proterozoic and Phanerozoic eons, and then labeled the different eras of the Phanerozoic eon (Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenezoic). We took a closer look at the Cenezoic era, and mapped out some of the periods and epochs of note. Life surely hasn't been around on earth for very long!
