Students began an investigation where they worked in small groups to find the mass of 10 common items. These items will be used again on Thursday when we remeasure the masses using an electric scale. Students recorded their question, background knowledge, hypothesis before getting started on the investigation. They then created a triple column data table for recording their mass data.
Tonight's Homework: None, unless you want to get ahead and start making a double bar graph for the data you've collected. You will not be able to finish this until Thursday, but getting ahead is a great thing to do.
