We reviewed the Pangaea maps today, and talked about evidence that led people to believe the continents are drifting in the oceans. Afterwards, we discussed how there was no force that could explain why some continents drifted in opposing directions. We then looked at our maps of the world and labeled major land and water masses. These maps will allow us to look at crustal plate motion in the next few days.
Tonight's Homework: Read pages 95 - 98 and answer the questions on page 98.
