To help us learn about mass, we've decided we want to chew gum. To prepare for tomorrow's investigation, we identified a question (How does the mass of gum change over 20 minutes of chewing?). After listing background information, students wrote their own hypotheses, and together we identified the materials, controls and variable for our experiment. We will conduct the experiment in class on Tuesday.
Tonight's Homework: Begin studying for Friday's vocabulary quiz. Remember, spelling counts, too!
