Mass of Eggs

We tested our hypothesis about egg masses changing when they are subjected to boiling water. Our class hypothesized that the mass would increase after boiling because the insides were changing from liquid to solid. Each group of students was responsible for boiling 4 eggs in a controlled experimental environment. Mass information indicated that there was little or no change in the mass after boiling. Students were surprised.

Tonight's Homework:
Health: Work on your alcohol poster project so you'll be ready to turn it in by Monday, November 28th.

Science: Make a bar graph of the egg mass data you collected in class today.

Math: None!
