Students turned in their proportional reasoning and graphing sheets today.
We looked at a lot of the reasons people drink today, including to escape life's pressures, to feel wanted, or to be "cool". Students also reviewed lessons from previous lessons.
Students updated their sunshine data for the week and we discussed how the graph changed this week due to returning to standard time. Students could see the shift in time on their graphs.
We looked at the last section of the Bits and Pieces 1 book. We'll be testing over this material on Thursday.
Tonight's Homework:
Science--Start reviewing for Thursday's test over graphing and science vocabulary. Work on the black Slick Tracy booklet with your Home Team. Return your slip to me by Monday, November 14th.
Math--Investigation 4.4, all problems.
