In math, we reviewed how to estimate fractions to the nearest benchmark number (0, 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, 2, etc.). We also reviewed how to borrow, as several students are still avoiding this step whenever they can.
We finished our procedure writing practice activities. These are looking much stronger now.
Tonight's Homework:
Math--Start preparing for Friday's test over adding and subtracting fractions and mixed numbers.
Science--None. Bring in items and/or money for our holiday food drive.
