Decimal Division Error Analysis and Extreme Weather

We looked at some common mistakes made when dividing numbers. Most common include forgetting to move the decimal and not using placeholder zeros correctly, either in the dividend or the quotient. We practiced these types of problems in class. We also talked about repeating and terminating quotients.

In science, we looked at weather extremes, and made a map of world locating some of the most extreme weather ever recorded.

Tonight's Homework:
Math--Home Book pg. 58 and 61 (all problems). Be sure to show your work.
