Students received grade slips for both math and science class progress today. We went over what these slips show, and how they can be used to help improve a student's performance in the classes.
In science, we talked about the scientific method, and how to create a great experiment. We reviewed what mass is, and then spent time massing raw eggs. Once we saw the mass of a dozen different eggs, we took time to create data tables showing the our data. We hypothesized about what would happen if we boiled the eggs.
Tonight's Homework:
Math--Page 34, all questions. Be sure to fully explain your thinking. Getting your grade slip signed by a parent is optional.
Science--None, unless you want to get your grade slip signed by a parent.
