Grade Slips and Massing Raw Eggs

Students received grade slips for both math and science class progress today. We went over what these slips show, and how they can be used to help improve a student's performance in the classes. In science, we talked about the scientific method, and how to create a great experiment. We reviewed what mass is, and then spent time massing raw eggs. Once we saw the mass of a dozen different eggs, we took time to create data tables showing the our data. We hypothesized about what would happen if we boiled the eggs.

Tonight's Homework:
Math--Page 34, all questions. Be sure to fully explain your thinking. Getting your grade slip signed by a parent is optional.

Science
--None, unless you want to get your grade slip signed by a parent.
