Peanut Butter and Jelly = Messy Morning!

Today, I tried to follow student directions for making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and let's just say things got just a little messy. Some of the directions were pretty vague, and the results were less than desirable. In the end, sandwiches were made and actually consumed by hungry students, and all learned a pretty valuable lesson! I am sure we will be writing more specific procedures in the future. In math, students spent time in class reviewing how to multiply fractions and make reasonable estimates.

Tonight's Homework:
Math--Home Book, pages 27 and 29, all problems.

Science
--Finish your yellow Slick Tracy activities, and be ready to turn them in tomorrow.
