We concentrated our thinking today on using models to represent division, focussing mainly on fraction division. We then moved to the rule that some, but not all, students are familiar with (invert and multiply). In science, we continued our investigation about volume and height by analyzing the shape of the containers in the room and predicting what the volume/height graph would look like.
Tonight's Homework:
Math--ACE 4 ( 5 - 10, 30 - 35 )
Science--Write a description of how you determine which graph matches which container from the experiment we conducted in class today. Remember, Slick Tracy black activities are due by Thursday!
