We looked at the rules of orders of operations today, and how different types of calculators can give you differing answers for certain types of calculations. This stems from the fact that basic calculators don't recognize the mathematical rules related to order of operation. Students used the remaining class time this morning to work on their restaurant party project.
Tonight's Homework:
Math--Nothing is due on Monday. If you have a little extra time this weekend, you might consider working on your party project, as it is due on Monday, February 11th.
Science--None.
