Students spent some time thinking about ways to show what the mean of a data set looks like by using sets of cubes. In science, we created a new map of the world, based on the largest crustal plates. Afterwards, we plotted the location of 20 different earthquakes and 20 different volcanic eruptions on the map and looked for patterns.

Math--DAU, ACE 3 ( 1 and 2).
Science--Read Section 3.3 in your Dynamic Earth book and answer the questions at the end of the section. Review pages 11 - 15 in the Planet Earth book. Be ready to turn in your Crustal Plates puzzle and worksheet tomorrow. Study for tomorrow's test over the layers of the earth.
